Trevor & Maggie finally got to celebrate their marriage with all their family and friends!! If you remember, they had an intimate ceremony with only immediate family last September (see the blog post for the ceremony here) and chose to wait until this summer for the big reception. And a party it was!!!

The reception was at the Stevens Point Country Club and everything looked beautiful! The lavender and grey wedding colors were gorgeous and the bride and groom portraits around the golf course couldn’t have gone better. On the day of their ceremony, it rained all day! So we didn’t get to go outside for any portraits. We wanted to be sure to keep Maggie’s dress in pristine condition for the reception. But the weather on the day of the reception couldn’t have been more beautiful. It actually did the opposite of rain, it was 90+ degrees and super sunny allll day!! It made for some beautiful portraits but I certainly felt that heat being 30 weeks pregnant. It was not typical weather for Wisconsin in early June, that’s for sure.

Maggie and Trevor are the perfect couple, they compliment each other so well. And their friends and family were all so kind and concerned for me since I was so pregnant, haha! But the reception was a blast and you could tell everyone had been waiting to celebrate this special day with them for so long!! Enjoy some of my favorite photos rom the reception celebration below. You’ll notice this doesn’t look like a typical blog post because we didn’t start the day with details and getting ready, we went right into bridal party photos followed by beautiful bride and groom portraits!
