Raise your hand if you have tons and tons of pictures on your iPhone (or Samsung) that never get printed??? I used to be that person! I literally have 28,000 + photos on my phone, it’s insane. I take SO many pictures of my kiddos and I realized all these great pictures would be digitally […]
I know I’ve talked about it before, but I will forever continue to say that I LOVE doing farm kid senior photos!!!! Taylor was just the sweetest ever and we had so much fun at her senior session. You can tell how hard she works for all she has accomplished! We found some fun spots around the farm for pictures and I’m always honored to include cattle in the shoot.
Connor is a senior! We had so much fun at his session including all his hobbies and taking his photos on his family’s private property. 4wheelers, hunting, football, and old vehicles, how fun! It’s always the best to be able to incorporate hobbies into a session because you can really tell when it’s something they […]
Trevor & Maggie finally got to celebrate their marriage with all their family and friends!! If you remember, they had an intimate ceremony with only immediate family last September (see the blog post for the ceremony here) and chose to wait until this summer for the big reception. And a party it was!!!
I had the absolute honor of attending and helping my dear friend Ashlea Snell with her Wedding Intensive Workshop that was held at the Ledgecrest Reserve. 2 days jam packed with information on how to build a successful wedding photography business PLUS this incredibly beautiful styled wedding shoot. Like WOW this shoot was stunning and […]
Beyond giddy and excited to be sharing my first official engagement shoot on the blog of 2021!! Kole + Sammi’s winter engagement on their private land was a blast. These two were troopers because, if you’re from Wisconsin you know something about this, that harsh February winter wind showed up for us and these two pushed through and we ended up with some amazing pictures. Some of my favorite winter engagement pictures to date! I’m so proud of them because the wind added some fun hair fluffing pictures, even though deep down we were all cold! And as I’ve said before, I love private land sessions because they are unique to the couple and I get to shoot in a completely new location! This session was also fun because we got to incorporate Kole’s sweet square body chevy pickup!
An international wedding, in the Carribbean on the coast of Jamaica, in January. Talk about a Wisconsin girl’s dream!! In all seriousness, Nick + Alisha got married in Jamaica last week and they flew me all the way there with them to capture the most important day of their lives, and I couldn’t be more honored. I am officially an international wedding photographer and I’m already ready for the next adventure someone wants to take me on because this wedding was just so incredible.
I had the hardest time choosing and narrowing down favorites to share in this post!! I could have shared so many more, but I wanted to really focus on hitting the high points. If you want to see more, feel free to scroll through my blog over the last year because every single one of these shoots is fully blogged on it’s own. And now without further adue, some of my favorites from 2020.
ith that said, I have EXCITING news to share!! Pop the confetti because Sydney + Jordan now have a wedding venue!!! They are taking over the wedding barn that they got married at over 3 years ago! What an incredibly special story and it just pulls at my heart strings. I got to capture their engagement pictures at the barn 4 years ago and their wedding at the barn 3 years ago and this year we did a beautiful styled shoot to announce their takeover of this amazing wedding venue!!!
